Owners manage jobs on a dispatch board; technicians receive job details by text and can reply OTW, HERE, or DONE without installing an app or creating a login. The board supports spreadsheet import, customer and job history, and job notes. Free use is available for up to 2 technicians and 40 new jobs per month; paid plans add automatic texting and room for more technicians, with flat monthly pricing rather than per-user charges. CopyThat does not include invoicing, marketing, or GPS fleet tracking.
